Length: approximately 11 hours

Time: 8:30 am daily

Summary: Tour includes free pick up and drop-off from designated locations. You must note on the order form your chosen pickup point from the list provided. Rates include tax. There is no child discount for this transportation, but children under 3 are free when riding on the lap of an adult. Please order online, or call us toll-free at 888-838-8915.

There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Pickup Information
You must designate on the order form your chosen pickup point from the list provided.

Pickups may also be arranged for your hotel in the Orlando-to-Kissimmee tourist corridor, at selected hotels in downtown Orlando, or at selected hotels in the Orlando International Airport area - for an additional fee payable the day of the tour. Details on how to arrange for these hotel pickups at additional cost will be included in your E-Ticket. There are no pickup options for Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Winter Park, or the UCF area.

Itinerary:
Please note that times are subject to change

  • 8:30 am - Departure from Orlando
  • 10:00 am - Arrival at Kennedy Space Center
  • 5:30 pm - Departure from Kennedy Space Center
  • 6:30 pm - Return to Orlando pickup locations

The Kennedy Space Center Tour (additional cost) offers the following:

  • Fully narrated and guided tour of the Visitor Complex by your professional tour guide
  • Kennedy Space Center NASA Bus Tour with stops at the International Space Station, the Observation Gantry to see the launch pads, and the Saturn V exhibit area
  • Unlimited access to the Visitors Complex exhibits such as IMAX Space Films, Rocket Garden, Robot Scouts, Universe Theater, Astronaut Encounter, Exploration Space: Explorers Wanted, Early Space Exploration, Nature and Technology

During the NASA bus tour, you will visit the Saturn V Exhibition and the Observation Gantry where you can also take pictures of the shuttle launch pads. After the bus tour, sit back and enjoy an IMAX movie, or stroll through a real-size space shuttle, look at a moon rock and have "space" ice cream.

Interesting Notes:

  • Meet face-to-face with one of the few who have flown in space, "live" at the Astronaut Encounter
  • Touch a piece of Mars at the Exploration in the New Millennium
  • A chance to see the actual launch pads from the L39 Observation Gantry
  • See a Space Shuttle model on a scale of 1:1

    In the summer and fall, dress light, wear sunblock, and wear comfortable shoes. In the Winter and Spring, wear layered clothing.

    Meals are not included. but there are plenty of places at NASA to get some food.
