Cancellation Policy: Once confirmed, cancellations are only available for the entire Vacation Package. Cancellations submitted more than 48 hours in advance of arrival date are subject to a $100 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance applied to a two year monetary gift certificate. However, both Disney and Universal passes are FINAL SALE - no refund. Therefore, in the event the entire Vacation Package is canceled more than 48 hours in advance, the amounts for the Disney and Universal passes cannot be refunded nor applied to a monetary gift certificate. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date are totally non-refundable and cannot be converted into a gift certificate. If the Vacation Package hotel room becomes unavailable, customer may select an alternate hotel, reschedule for an alternate date, or be refunded in full. If any of the Vacation Package activities become unavailable, customer can select alternate activities, or be refunded a pro-rata portion of the Vacation Package price. Please note, however, that the Vacation Package remains intact. Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per Vacation Package change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Subsequent changes to your Vacation Package will result in additional change fees. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee changes, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to the arrival date and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Walt Disney World Resort: Enjoy a 2-day pass to the "Happiest Place on Earth!" This 2-day admission ticket allows you access into one of the four Disney theme parks for two days. You can choose which parks you'd like to visit and the date of your visit when you arrive at Disney World. This pass does not expire, so in the event your plans change, you can use them on any other dates.
Kennedy Space Center Tour from Orlando: Discover everything you ever wanted to know about space travel when you take this day trip to Kennedy Space Center! This tour provides a pre-arranged pick-up from the hotel at 7:55 am on the day of your choice, which you will indicate on your order form. PLEASE NOTE: this tour is not available on any scheduled Space Shuttle launch date. You'll arrive at Kennedy Space Center around 10:00 am to enjoy a fully narrated and guided tour of the Visitor's Complex and unlimited access to the exhibits such as the Astronaut Encounter, where you will have the opportunity to meet one of the few who have flown into space! You can touch a piece of Mars when you visit the Exploration in the New Millennium exhibit, or discover the heroes of the Last Frontier at the Astronaut Hall of Fame.
Univeral Orlando Resort: Spend a day at the famous Universal Orlando Resort where the hardest part is choosing which of the two theme parks to visit! Your 1-day pass allows you into either Islands of Adventure or Universal Studios Florida. You can decide which park you'll visit and which day you wish to visit upon arrival at Universal!
Clearwater Beach Tour from Orlando: Your vacation would not be complete without a day at the beach! Located a quick 90 minutes from Orlando, Clearwater Beach is known for its award winning white sand beaches. This full day excursion will begin with pick up from your hotel between 7:40 am and 9:00 am. Available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, you choose which day you'd like to hit the beach! The excursion will last approximately 10 to 11 hours. Once at the beach, you'll enjoy a delicious buffet at one of Clearwater Beach's fine restaurants. In the afternoon, you can search for shells, play in the waves, soak up some rays, or whatever you want! There's no need for a schedule when you're enjoying a day at the beach. Get away from the crowded theme parks for a day, and relax on the pristine, white sand of Clearwater Beach!
